The Inclusion Department

The Inclusion Department at LFIGP is dedicated to supporting students with specific needs, whether they are educational, social, or emotional. Our goal is to ensure an inclusive and fulfilling education for all students, in close partnership with families and the teaching staff.

Astrid, Marie, Soria

A multidisciplinary team serving the students:

  • ● Astrid Baronnet,Head of the Inclusion Department, coordinates all the initiatives and ensures their implementation in the best possible conditions.
  • ● Marie Carlier,Psychologist, supports students and their families to address their psycho-emotional needs and facilitate their well-being at school.
  • ● Soria Kouidri,Assistant in the Psychology and Inclusion Department, provides essential support in managing cases and coordinating interventions

Our main missions:

  1. ● Identify the specific needs of students through observations and discussions with teachers and families.
  2. ● Develop personalized support plans to allow each student to progress at their own pace.
  3. ● Offer psychological support and tools to develop autonomy and enhance self-confidence.
  4. ● Raise awareness among the entire school community about inclusion issues to promote a caring and supportive culture.

The Inclusion Department is part of the overall approach at LFIGP: making the school a place for learning and respecting differences, where each student can fully thrive.
