Library

The BCD

The BCD (Library and Documentation Center) is dedicated to elementary school students. Each class has a weekly scheduled session, with additional access during recess for young curious minds or budding researchers.

During these sessions, students enjoy readings led by Erica, the librarian, followed by free reading time and book borrowing. Classroom themes (fairy tales, renowned authors, etc.) are often extended through tailored activities. Games, quizzes, and author meetings punctuate the school year, promoting a love for reading and a deeper understanding of research techniques.

The The Abc/Bcd journal regularly highlights the BCD’s news and initiatives, thoughtfully created by Erica.

The CDI

The CDI (Documentation and Information Center) is a shared space for secondary school students, open from 8:00 AM to 4:40 PM. It plays a central role in school life, hosting exhibitions, competitions, writer or artist meet-and-greets, as well as film and documentary screenings.

With over 28,000 resources available (books, magazines, and digital media) and a computer room with 15 stations, the CDI offers a wealth of materials for study and exploration.

A monthly newsletter shares the CDI’s cultural and educational highlights.

Whether at the BCD or the CDI, these spaces are designed to foster curiosity, creativity, and learning through books and meaningful exchanges.
