Reminder: This questionnaire is intended only for students enrolled in elementary school (Kindergarten and Primary).

Who needs to register:

• Students who have never been registered for the bus service in previous years or who are new arrivals.
• GS (Grande Section) students from Oud Metha who will enter CP at the Academic City campus in September 2025.
• Students who will change address during the summer of 2025.
