Parent Engagement &amp; Relationship Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for UAE National parents<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build strong, trust-based relationships with families<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead and support meetings related to academic, behavioral, or pastoral matters<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage concerns professionally and ensure appropriate escalation where required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Advisory to School Leadership<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Advise the Principal and leadership team on UAE cultural expectations and sensitivities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the handling of complex or sensitive matters involving UAE National students and families<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to leadership discussions impacting student experience and community engagement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>   <strong>  4. Cultural Alignment &amp; National Identity<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support UAE National Identity initiatives and cultural programs across the school<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote awareness and understanding of UAE culture within the broader school community<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure alignment between the French\/international curriculum and the UAE cultural context<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>   <strong>  5. Admissions, Onboarding &amp; Student Journey<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support the onboarding of UAE National students and families<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guide parents through admissions, orientation, and school processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure clarity on academic pathways, expectations, and school policies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>     6.
